Download Ancient Mir

The installer has been retired. Choose either the portable ZIP or the standalone launcher executable, place it in a fresh writable game folder, and let the launcher download and maintain the client directly.

PORTABLE INSTALLATION

Two downloads. One launcher.

Use the ZIP if you prefer an archive you can extract, or download the launcher EXE directly. Both routes use the same launcher to download, repair and update the Ancient Mir client.

Start with a fresh folder

Do not run the launcher from inside the ZIP and do not reuse a directory created by the retired installer. Create a writable folder such as C:\Games\Ancient Mir.

Choose

Pick your download

Download either AncientMir-Portable.zip or the standalone Ancient Mir Launcher.exe.

Prepare

Create a clean folder

For the ZIP, extract it into C:\Games\Ancient Mir. For the EXE, place the downloaded launcher directly into that folder.

Launch

Run Ancient Mir

Open Ancient Mir Launcher.exe from the game folder. Do not run the executable from inside a compressed archive.

Update

Let it build the client

The launcher downloads or updates all required game files in that folder. When complete, start the game from the launcher.

USED THE OLD INSTALLER?Use a new folder rather than installing over the old directory.
